Even before construction work of Delhi Metro’s much-delayed Phase-IV project could gather pace after the kick-off at 2019-end, the Covid-19 outbreak brought it to a halt. The second wave and the evolving Covid scenario are now likely to make the project miss its 2025 completion target.
