Delhi court frees 12 in rioting case

Acquitting 12 men in a five-year-old case of rioting and murder in northeast Delhi, a city court said that the “lackadaisical attitude” of the investigating officer (IO) “pulled down the curtains” for the “already slippery prosecution case”.
