Delhi: No entry at 13 toll points sans RFID tag

The commission for air quality management for Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas has directed South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) to ensure Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) compliance at all 13 toll plazas from January 1, and disallow entry of vehicles without RFID tags or inadequate balance in them.
