Emerald Court twin towers by Supertech legal: Noida to SC

Backing Supertech, the real estate company which constructed two additional 40-storey towers in one of its housing projects in Noida, allegedly in violation of the law, the Noida authority on Thursday told the Supreme Court that the constructions were legal and there was no breach of any law or rule by the builder, reports Amit Anand Choudhary.
