Diwali cheer: Cinemas in Delhi can run at full capacity

The festive season has brought some cheer to film exhibitors with the Delhi Disaster Management Authority allowing - for the first time since the Covid outbreak in the city - all cinema halls, multiplexes and theatres to function with 100% seating capacity from November 1. Till now, a 50% cap has been in place.
