Delhi: SC scolds man for refusing aid to dad

The Supreme Court on Tuesday scolded a truant son for attempting every possible ruse to resist payment of Rs 10,000 monthly maintenance to his 72-year-old ailing father and said it was both moral duty and legal obligation of a son to provide sustenance to their parents in old age.
