Delhi: Woman stabbed to death with scissors in Okhla

Outraged with his female colleague being friendly with another co-worker, a 26-year-old man stabbed her with a pair of scissors in the neck, killing her on the spot. The accused, Chand Alam, a resident of Okhla Phase-I, has been arrested.
