IED blast at Delhi court, cops probe terror angle

An improvised explosive device (IED), assembled in a steel tiffin box and kept inside a laptop bag, exploded inside a courtroom at the Rohini district court complex on Thursday morning, causing panic. According to police, the explosion at room number 102 happened when the court was in session.
