SC asks Centre, Delhi for action plan within 24 hrs

Exasperated over continuing high pollution levels in Delhi despite the Centre and NCT governments claiming that all possible steps have been taken to control it, the Supreme Court on Thursday granted 24 hours to both to come out with effective measures to deal with the problem and to implement the court's directions.
