MoD issues survival tips for students stuck in Ukraine

In an unusual move, the defence ministry on Thursday evening issued an advisory for Indian nationals at Kharkiv in war-torn Ukraine, which listed out “potentially dangerous situations”, ground rules with dos and don’ts, and “survival guidelines”.
