Minors tied to truck & dragged over alleged cash, mobile phone theft in MP

A video of the incident went viral on social media prompting police to register a case against the accused. ACP Nihit Upadhyay said: “The incident was reported around 8am when two minors were tied to a truck and dragged on the road.
