New Year gift for Delhi: Licensing norms for restaurants relaxed

Lieutenant governor V K Saxena has simplified the process for obtaining licences for operating eateries, restaurants, bars and guesthouses in the national capital by cutting red tape, removing several mandatory clauses, eliminating human interface and fixing a deadline for granting licences.
