Parliament held up on day 2 too: Govt, BJP seek Rahul’s apology

Proceedings were disrupted in both Houses of Parliament for the second day on Tuesday since the resumption of the Budget session after the government and BJP demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi for “tarnishing” India’s image on foreign soil with his “democracy under attack” remark in Britain.
