30:30 talk extends to entire Karnataka cabinet

Congress' much-talked-about but still unofficial 30:30 formula of splitting the Karnataka chief ministership into two equal terms to end the Siddaramaiah-DK Shivakumar stand-off is being extended to the rest of the cabinet and chairpersons of boards and corporations as part of an equal-opportunity gambit to stem dissidence, party insiders said on the eve of the swearing-in.
