Both kids in custody of Australia, distraught NRI techie mom kills self

A 45-year-old NRI mother and techie fighting to regain custody of her ailing teenage son and daughter from the Australian authorities died by suicide in her native Belagavi district of Karnataka after her repeated attempts to bring them to India were foiled by strict laws in that country, police said.
