Delhi HC stays order to give FIR copy to Parliament breach accused

The Delhi High Court has temporarily halted the execution of a trial court's order instructing the police to provide a copy of the FIR related to the Parliament breach to a suspect named Neelam. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma issued a notice to Neelam, seeking her response to the Delhi police's appeal challenging the trial court's directive. The High Court stated that the order would be stayed until the next hearing scheduled for January 4. The police argue in their appeal that, in sensitive cases, suspects should approach the police chief first, who will then form a committee to decide.
