60% of CSE top - 20 are women, 25% from UP

Junior minister Jitendra Singh said the fact that first four rank-holders and 60% of the top 20 are women "is a great reflection of demographic changes happening in the last nine years of the Modi government". "I hope for a hat-trick in the Civil Services Examination 2023," Singh said while felicitating the 20 toppers at his North Block office.
